The dash retains most of its originality, but has a column mounted tach and shift light, as well as a trio of under dash mounted gauges to drivers left. The rear bench appears as original and is mostly black with a center white vinyl stripe. We see 2 tone APC racing seats up front with white vinyl bolsters and black suede surrounds with some insert panels. Not only restored but upgraded as well, to bring us form the 1960's up into the 1990's. Rally wheels and 255/60R15 Mickey Thompson ET Street tires are on the rear and 195/65R15's on the front. Dark tinted glass and glass trim is all sorted nicely, as are side view chromed mirror, and slightly pitted door handles. Bumpers and egg crate grille are clean and dimple and rust free. The wide dual faux carbon fiber stripes are on the hood and race past a tunnel ram intake scoop. Badging is all there, and presents nicely, almost like new. Ermine White with 2 faux carbon fiber stripes racing toward the rear, emblazoned with a large red SS badge and a metal scoop that gulps down air to be lit and produce the power needed to spin the wheels.Įrmine White covers all the straight steel, and it appears well minded gaps. This is a true Super Sport that has been restored with the factory color scheme. To finish off the look this SS is sitting on a set of new 18” and 20” Chrome Coys. Also, when the resto was done the windows were pulled so that new seals front and back could be installed. The Bumpers were replaced at the time of the resto along with other chrome. It has a deep rich shine that is smooth to the touch. Everything is covered in the correct Marina Blue that's done in basecoat/clear. Down the sides it has good fit of all the panels and the body is straight as an arrow. This is a true Super Sport with the 118 VIN. When you look under this SS the floor pans look very good with no signs of damage or rust. Also, it has the stock manifolds with a set of Flow Master Duals. The engine is dressed with chrome valve covers and breather. This Nova is set up with factory Power Steering and 4 Wheel Drum Brakes. Under the hood it's powered by a '65 model 283 that's mated to a Power Glide Trans and a 10 Bolt Rear End. This Nova has the factory under dash AC Unit with the factory AM radio. When you look at the dash and metal trim you will see it's all done in black. The covers have been upgraded to the deluxe with the White Stripe.
